Student Records and Transcript Requests

Transcript Request

Current students: Current students may request an official transcript sent to colleges through Naviance. Students log into Naviance through the Seattle Public Schools’ Clever the student portal (not the Source). The student portal and Naviance can be accessed both at school and from home.

If you are unable to access Naviance, or need an unofficial (PDF) copy, please email Registrar, 拉坦 lathant@healthydairyland.com

If a physical copy of your official transcript is required, please come to Room 214 and ask Ms. 伯恩斯. Please note that staff cannot mail the transcript on your behalf.

Former students: If it has been more than 2-years since you’ve graduated or withdrew from WSHS, please request transcripts, 文凭, or other records here: Online Student Records Request System.

School Requesting Records

Seattle Public Schools is now using a web-based application to help us manage all student records requests from other schools for transferring students.  

Requests received via fax, 电话, emails and mail from other schools will no longer be accepted.

All transferring student records requests must be submitted online using the K-12 Transfer application. This application is a secure, self-service application that is easy to use:

• 网站访问.  Go to K12 Transfer 
• Sign in to an existing account OR Create Account.  If you do not already have a K-12 Transfer account, one will need to be created.
  • A school email address must be used to set up the account; personal email addresses will not be accepted.
  • Once an account has been created, the credentials for the account will be verified. This process takes approximately 24 hours.
  • An account only needs to be verified once.
  • A “Your registration has been verified” email notification will be sent when the account has been completed.
• 提交请求. 登录 to the K-12 Transfer application and submit the request for records.
• 处理时间.  Seattle Public Schools processes request electronically within 3-5 school days.
• Download the Records.  When the “processing complete” email is received, you will need to login to the K-12 Transfer application to download the student records you requested.

Final 大学 成绩单

For students who applied via the Common Application, your final transcripts will be sent automatically. Please note that final transcripts will be ready by the second week of July.

For those who applied through other portals, including direct applications to colleges or universities, we will be sending the final transcripts directly through Naviance. Please follow these directions to request a final transcript:
